" ความรักชาติ " คือการที่คนในชาตินั้นๆ รู้จักสร้างผลประโยชน์เพื่อชาติ ใช้สติปัญญา รู้จักนำข้อดีของชาติของรัฐอื่นๆ มาประยุกต์ใช้ และรู้ข้อด้อยนิสัยของชาติตน เพื่อทำการแก้ไข อันจะนำมาซึ่งความเจริญของบ้านเมืองสืบไป
